"Both of my daughters have attended Sherra's MePowerment Camp. One of them two years in a row and it has been an amazing experience for them both. Of all the camps they have done, these made the most impact and were their favorite.  Sherra's ability to gain trust and get these girls to be open to explore and grow was simply incredible. What my daughter's gained from this experience is priceless. I wish everyone I know with a young tween could have this opportunity.  Sherra's creativity and thoughtfullness makes her a leader in this area and I am so grateful we were able to experience it."

Sherra Grasser

Youth Empowerment Coach; Facilitator and Speaker

A PNW native, I was raised in Whatcom County, relocating to the Bothell/Mill Creek area with my husband 25 years ago, where we raised two amazing young adults. After years of seeking to find my place in this world and nurture my purpose beyond raising my family, it became very clear I wasn’t going to find this outside of myself.  While raising my kids, I became a safe person for many kids who needed a nonjudgmental space for hard conversations.  It was in the reflection of where I was in my life raising my kids, my experiences and where I saw my future self, that Life Coaching found me.  In January 2011, I graduated from Seattle Life Coach Training with a certification in transformational life coaching.  Immediately following, I completed my Holistic Nutritional Specialist Certification through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona.

In 2012, MePowerment was born. MePowerment programs and coaching focuses strongly on the social emotional development of our youth in today’s world.  MePowerment is the process of becoming stronger and more confident through the discovery, sharing & nurturing of one’s inherent gifts, the act or action of empowering self.

Giving back to my community is very important to me.  You will find me speaking & supporting groups, non-profits and local chapters voluntarily as her way to pay her blessings forward.   I am an active volunteer and board member for Second Chance Outreach (Hopeforhomies.org) supporting our marginalized youth who have gang affiliation, drug involvement or a parent(s) incarcerated.  I am a volunteer at Echo Glen Children’s Center in Snoqualmie, WA supporting our youth through one on one visits and group facilitation.

I am an avid lover of all things outdoors- hiking, camping, beach walking and getting my hands in the dirt.  In my free time you can find me hanging with her family, spending time on Whidbey Island or planning her next big adventure.
